For thirty years, Adrienne B. Naumann has specialized in intellectual property services to individual entrepreneurs and startup companies, as well as medium-sized businesses. Ms. Naumann has been designated an Illinois Super Lawyer since 2017, and she has also maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau of Northern Illinois. Her issued patents include many technologies such as consumer products, agricultural methods, safety equipment, and mechanical devices of all varieties. She has also filed successful patent application appeals on behalf of her clients. In addition, Ms. Naumann drafts intellectual property-related documents and contracts for ownership, shop rights, work for hire, non-circumvent non-use non-disclosure agreements, transfer of rights, permissions, nondisclosure agreements, trade secrets, and proprietary/confidential information. Ms. Naumann earned her B.S. at the University of Chicago and her M.S. at the University of Illinois. She earned her J.D. with high honors at Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was also a published member of the Law Review. In addition to her online intellectual property article series entitled, “Intellectual Property for Business People,” Ms. Naumann has published a book, entitled United States Federal Intellectual Property Developments 2018-2019 (published by Pincus Professional Education), as well as additional written works related to intellectual property.
