At Work: As a property tax attorney, Lisa assists her residential and commercial clients to reduce their property taxes. She works on a contingency basis and charges a percentage of the tax savings. Lisa’s boutique practice enables her to research and analyze all of her cases, as well as appear in person at her clients’ hearings.
Over the past 11 years, Lisa has reduced over $125,000,000 in assessed market values for her clients in Lake and Cook Counties, winning 95% of her cases. Background: Lisa received her Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Lehigh University in 1991. She earned her J.D. from Kent College of Law in 1994. After law school, she practiced Environmental Law at the U.S.EPA and then continued her practice at Brown and Bryant, P.C. Her work involved statutory and regulatory analysis as well as litigation. While raising her family, Lisa worked part-time for Coldwell Banker in Highland Park as a Real Estate Broker.
